Powder Brows

This service takes TWO sessions to complete.  A shading technique using a tattoo machine to create a soft powder-like effect on your brows by filling in gaps and adding density.  

Cost of treatment is split in half between the two appointments.

Wedge Eyeliner

Color deposited ABOVE the upper eyelashes to create a thicker, eyeliner appearance.  TWO sessions are required to complete.

Lash Enhancement

Color deposited between the eyelashes to thicken the appearance of the lash line.  TWO session are required to complete.

Lip Blushing

Define fuller lips and even out the color without adding volume.  TWO appointments are required 6-8 weeks apart.

Tooth Gems

Saline Removal

Saline solution is tattooed into previous work use osmosis to draw out the pigment from the skin. Multiple sessions may be necessary to lift the previous work.

Color Neutralization

Previous permanent makeup that has faded needs some color neutralization to even out the color.   Most common with work that has been done by another artist.   Will be added to service on top of cost of treatment.

Inkless Scar Revision

Inkless tattooing enhances the skin's elasticity and texture while subtly concealing imperfections for a natural look.  


Used on scars and stretchmarks.  Consultation is required prior to treatment. 

Note: All services that are TWO sessions are split payments. Each session is half the cost. Any additional sessions recommended by Mandi are scheduled and determined by the artist. Rates are subject to change and are non-negotiable

Hi there!


I’m Mandi McClain, a makeup artist in Virginia Beach, VA.  I have been a freelance makeup artist for many years in my free time.  In my full time career, I’ve been a dental hygienist for the past 15 years.  I decided to take my passion of makeup and turn it into a career.  Having a medical background as well as knowledge with symmetry and muscles of the face gives me a thorough approach to creating eyebrows.  I really take a passion behind creating confidence in people, and my heart grows each day knowing that i helped make a difference in someone’s life.  



With my extensive education and medical knowledge, I am able to safely and effectively perform permanent makeup services on all people: men, women, young and mature.  I always want to make sure we start conservatively with treatments so you are completely comfortable and happy with your results.
